With more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jack brings a wealth of knowledge, perspective, and candor to both his clients and his team.
Throughout his career, Jack has guided clients through decades of changing market conditions, economic shifts, and evolving financial landscapes. His experience navigating both periods of uncertainty and growth has allowed him to develop a steady, practical approach to financial planning that clients have come to value and trust. As founder and co-owner, Jack takes great pride in seeing the firm continue to grow alongside his family, working closely with the next generation while maintaining the values the company was built upon. His passion for helping others pursue financial confidence remains at the heart of everything he does.
Outside of the office, Jack is a devoted husband to his wife, Katie, and proud father to their four children: Roxanne, Nicholas, Caroline, and Olivia. He is also a proud grandfather to five beloved grandchildren who bring him tremendous joy. In his free time, you can often find him on the golf course or spending time at Chip’s Auto Center!

Carini Financial LLC co-owner Nicholas Carini developed a passion for financial planning at a young age while watching his father build meaningful relationships and guide clients through every stage of life with dedication, trust, and personalized care. Inspired by the ability to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others, Nicholas knew early on that he wanted to continue the family legacy while bringing a modern, innovative, and highly personalized approach to the financial services industry.
With 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, Nicholas has built a reputation for delivering exceptional client service, strategic financial guidance, and an unwavering commitment to helping individuals and families pursue long-term financial confidence. He is known for combining a detail-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for helping clients navigate every stage of life with clarity and confidence. His ability to build lasting relationships, paired with his strong work ethic and forward-thinking approach, has made him a trusted advisor to clients from all backgrounds and financial situations.
Nicholas is a graduate of Saint Joseph's University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Planning. He is also a Certified Financial Fiduciary®, reflecting his commitment to always acting in the best interests of his clients while maintaining the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and care.
